Bookings & Payments
As a small group, you will book individual reservation packages subject to market pricing and availability at the time of booking. You may book air-inclusive packages or only the land portion of your trip with us. All packages will include roundtrip airport transfers. We also include travel insurance in our packages to protect your travel investment. See the next section for information about available travel insurance options and rates.

We will send you payment reminders and other relevant information about your trip. If you would like to set up a specific payment plan, please indicate this in the comment box on the Reservation Request Form, or send us an email at info@flygetaways.com.

Booking and payment procedures are as follows:

Complete the Reservation Form (please do so prior to June 30, 2024).

Review your invoice for accuracy and authorize your deposit payment.

Your deposit payment will be applied. Your electronic invoice will indicate the due date of your final payment.

All payments will be authorized electronically through your custom invoice link.

Ensure your reservation is paid in full by the final payment due date on your invoice.

Travel Insurance
CFAR Travel Insurance
Our travel partner, Vacation Express, offers comprehensive Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) trip protection plans. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel protection to protect your investment. Please review the options below and select the option you would like when completing your Reservation Form. Vacation Protection Plan gives you a refund in the form of a future travel credit in the event you need to cancel your reservation. Vacation Protection Plan Plus gives you a refund back to your original form of payment in the event you need to cancel your reservation. The cost of the travel insurance plan itself is always non-refunable.
