This policy applies to all travel apparel and accessories sold at flygetaways.com. At Fly Getaways, each item is made to order through our third-party partner. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Since each item is custom made, we cannot resell returned items. Please double-check your order details (sizes, colors, shipping address) before completing your purchase.
We gladly offer replacements or refunds if:

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Lost or Delayed Orders
