What We Do for Groups

Room Block Contracts

For larger groups, your travel plans will be much more efficient and affordable with a resort room block. We request group rates from the resort on your behalf and take care of the contract process.

Booking Page

Once your contract is signed, we create a booking page for you and your guests with important information, including: resort info, room types and amenities, cost, payment schedule, and travel insurance info.

Block Management

We completely manage your room block. Guests will be able to make their booking requests online. We take care of all your guest bookings and payments while keeping you up to date on your guest list.

Concessions

By contracting your room block through us, you may receive special perks, such as a welcome cocktail party, that we can offer you from our travel partners depending on the size of your group or total number of room nights.
