If you would like to book your flights with us, please complete the flight request form. Please note that airfare is instant purchase.
Airport Transfers
Your airport transfers do not need to be pre-arranged. After clearing customs and immigration at MBJ Airport, simply visit the Hyatt Lounge where you will be guided to your shuttle.
Pricing for roundtrip transfers: $39 + 15% tax per person payable at the resort during check-in by cash or credit/debit card. Pricing is subject to change and will be charged based on pricing at the time of travel.

Cancellations
Please review the below cancellation terms that apply to your room reservation.
119-90 days prior to 7/18/2023: $100 cancellation fee per room
89-46 days prior to 7/18/2023: $150 cancellation fee per room
45-0 days prior to 7/18/2023: no refund
