About Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa

Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive resort with a prominent oceanfront setting that features two worlds in one on Saint Lucia's exotic south side. A tranquil, adults-only oasis offers the perfect setting for those seeking a romantic escape with a coconut palm fringed pool, hammocks, intimate cabana beds and the Sancturary Spa. At the opposite end, families are drawn into the resort's tropical playground featuring children's programs, activities and the CocoLand water park. With the option of separate areas for vacationing, Coconut Bay Beach Resort is designed to please all ages on their casual, Caribbean vacation. Coconut Bay Beach Resort is a 5 minute drive from the Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), also located in Vieux Fort.

Families enjoy Coconut Bay's playful Splash wing. Colorful rooms on the four floors of the Splash wing were designed and decorated with parents and children in mind. Splash faces the ocean and overlooks the CocoLand Water Park, Saint Lucia's largest water park, featuring a lazy river and large slides, large family pool and the Atlantic beach. The Kidz Klub is just steps from Splash and is easy to find by the gleeful sounds of youngsters enjoying its colorful water feature, expansive fenced outdoor play area and air-conditioned playroom.

The tranquil oceanfront Harmony wing of Coconut Bay caters to adults 18+ only. Peaceful rooms overlook an adult-only area, which includes a palm-shaded pool and bar, chaises and hammocks, intimate cabana beds and the Sancturary Spa. The fourth floor premium rooms were recently upgraded and include mini-fridges, flat screen televisions, soothing contemporary decor and top-of-the-line linens and toiletries. Harmony offers adults an ideal location for soaking up the sun or dozing off under the swaying palms in a serene tropical oasis.

Concierge Junior Suite Oceanview

Located on the fourth floor in the Harmony adults-only wing with expansive views of the Atlantic, the Maria Islands, pool area and gardens. Rates

As a flexible (not contracted) group, there are no predetermined rates for your group's bookings. You will book individual reservation packages subject to market pricing and availability at the time of booking. Your group has a custom promotional code for Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa that we will apply to all bookings in the group. Since this is not a contracted group where inventory is being held, it is critical to secure your booking early!

Valid booking dates: now - 5/28/2026

Group travel dates: 7/3/2026 - 7/7/2026

Valid departure dates: 6/27/2026 - 7/7/2026

Group travel dates are the dates of the group festivities. Valid departure dates refer to the timeframe in which you must arrive at the hotel.

Flights

You may choose to book the land only portion of your trip with us (hotel and airport transfers only), or book a full package including flights. However, flights will not be available until 11 months prior to departure. Therefore, you have the following options:

Book land only now and book your own flights later on when they become available
Wait until flights become available to book the full package with us
Book land only now and request that we add flights to your package when they become available (if you choose this option, the full cost of the flights will be due at the time they are added to your package)

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made with Fly Getaways to qualify for the resort discount code. All packages include roundtrip shared airport transfers with the option to upgrade to private transfers for an additional charge. We also include travel insurance in our packages to protect your travel investment. See the next section for information about available travel insurance options and rates.

We will send you payment reminders and other relevant information about your trip. If you would like to set up a specific payment plan, please indicate this in the comment box on the Reservation Request Form.

Booking and payment procedures are as follows:

Complete the Reservation Form.
Review your invoice for accuracy and authorize your deposit payment.
Your electronic invoice will indicate the due date of your final payment (about 45 days prior to departure).
All payments will be authorized electronically through your custom invoice link.
Ensure your reservation is paid in full by the final payment due date on your invoice.

Travel Protection Options:

Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is for travelers who would want to receive a full refund (less the cost of travel protection) in the original form of payment if plans change and you need to cancel.
Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point and lower deposit for your trip. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.

Notes: Adults are defined as 13 years and older at time of travel. Pricing for children 12 years and under varies based on Travel Protection Plan selected for the adults ($24.99 to $114.99). Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once purchased and overrides the ALG contract terms for the protected traveler. Travel Protection Plus covers all air (Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights, Contracted Blocked Air, and Individual Scheduled Air Add On) when packaged with hotel. Travel Protection Plus is available to only those travelers within a reservation that want it; however, doesn't cover any increase in package costs due to changes in hotel occupancy.
